Refund policy

At RemoteControlCar.co.nz, we ensure that all remote control cars and accessories are brand new and free from defects. All products are carefully selected and meet our quality standards for performance, durability, and safety.

If a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, you have 12 business days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. If the 12th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.

To begin a return or exchange:

  • The item must be new, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of the issue (a brief description and clear photos) should be sent to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is received safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please note: we do not offer refunds in cash.
